I came across this series by accident, but so happy I did! It's a great story line - basically a pretty woman kinda of story but with a little dark twist to it. I love me some Zane, now he is a bit dark but there is something about how he came to terms with his feelings for Cadence. He has a hard time expressing it but it shows in the little things he does. Cadence has a hard time accepting her feelings for him and in the beginning she battles between her feelings for John and then for Zane. The scenes are smoking hot! These are a series and my only issue is having to wait for the next book to come out. This last book really left it on a cliff hanger. The good thing though is that Breena puts out the next book fairly quick. The next book out will be the last in the series so if you haven't GO CATCH UP NOW!! You can get books 1-4 on Amazon for .99- which is a great deal.

The MacKenzie's Series by Liliana Hart

It was a busy week which is why I didn't post much on here last week. 

Have you read The MacKenzie's Series by Liliana Hart? If you haven't you should pick it up. She has two sets of The MacKenzie's the first set is The MacKenzies the stories are short so don't go in expecting a long novel. But if you like short stories these are great. Next in the series are The MacKenzie Security Series these are the stories of the other side of The MacKenzie family (cousins). I love how she tied in the families together and even keeps them coming up in each other's story lines. I must admit my favorite from the two sets is the Security Series, the stories were longer and more developed as well as very exciting as each story of the brothers builds up from the last story. Whereas in the first series, you are basically just getting a story on how each of the brothers falls in love. The exception is the last book in the first series because that one introduces you to the Security Series and the stories go from there. 

There is also a spin off series, I haven't started to read it yet, but you will see once you read the last book in the Security Series. 

Infinite Possibilites The Secret Life of Amy Benson Book 2 by Lisa Renee Jones

If you haven't read this first book you MUST go and read it. The 2nd book picks up right where the first one left off. Amy is still trying to trust her instincts - and has finally decided to trust Liam. Who is good, who is bad? The book is amazing, Lisa is a wonderful author that brings you into the story so you feel connected to the characters. 

I highly recommend this book, any of Lisa's books are a great read. Books comes out tomorrow November 11th! GO GET IT!

Deceived by Eve Carter

Hiya readers, 

I downloaded Deceived book 1 by Eve Carter for free. After reading though I decided to finish reading the whole trilogy only because I don't like not knowing, not because I felt compelled to read them. Although they are not what I would call bad horrible books, they just didn't do that whole OMG I want to know feeling I get when I'm reading. The books have been compared to Fifty Shades and The Blackstone Affair, although I have not read The Blackstone Affair I can tell you not really up to comparing to Fifty Shades. Simply because the lack of character build up. Pricing was another issue for me. Sometimes these books are really over priced, these being one of those times. I can see paying $0.99 for the books but not $2.99, the books were not long enough to be paying so much for them.  Again, it's not a horrible read but not the best for the price. Those are just my thoughts.
